2" OD x .058" Wall Round Aluminum Tubing Drawn Telescopic Compatible 6063-T832

Introducing 2" OD x .058" wall round aluminum tubing telescopic compatible with 6063-T832 alloy. The .058" wall thickness ensures robust construction, making this an ideal choice for applications requiring a strong yet lightweight tubing solution.

This 2" round aluminum tube is tight tolerance drawn over a mandrel tubing (DOM tubing), to ensure that our 1-7/8" round x .058" Wall telescoping compatible tube will fit inside of it (after thorough de-burring, which is NOT included). This 2" round aluminum tube is guaranteed to telescope with our 1.875" round x .058" Wall telescoping compatible tube once you thoroughly de-burr the ends. Note - there is so little clearance between the tubes that there is no room for powder coating.

This aluminum tube with 2" Outside Diameter and a nearly 0.060" wall features tight tolerance on the wall thickness and the ovality. This 2" OD 1-7/8" ID Aluminum tube is ideal for telescoping applications. This is a 16 gauge 2in round aluminum tube, with an .058" wall. The wall is 1.5mm thick aluminum tubing.

These tubes are mill finish/raw aluminum. If you need 250 ft or more of tubing and you need them anodized, reach out to us and we would be happy to quote anodizing price and lead time.
